We all have a moment in our life where the shadow develops a story and that story becomes a thing that presents itself to us which results in being stuck, not having the motivation to be better, and transform our lives. When you get up and close with your shadow and do the inner work, transformation can happen fast. Come learn the techniques to identify how to find out what the shadow is, how to move the garbage when it comes up, and how to get finally put it to rest.
