We will finish with a celebration with Denver Dance Tribe who is going to help us celebrate your manifestation board and the continued journey!

Details
Class 1: Sound Bath Opening Intention
Date: January 30
Location: 2550 Youngfield St, Lakewood, CO 80215-1033
Time: 6:30-8:00pm
We start with an opening immersive Sound Bath class where we open your 2024 intention and energetic spaces that are blocked so we can begin to remove. We will connect to your inner child and shadow to bring them forth to speak and show up for the whole series.
Class 2: Inner Child / Shadow Connection & Discovery
Date: February 8
Location: Symmetry Collective: West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge CO
Time: 5:00-7:00pm
This class will start with a reflection on inner child and what your shadow is. We will then journey to connect to your inner child and shadow so we can allow the space for them to speak. The class will then finish with journaling to hold the space of forgiveness and closure. A special gift will be included here! We will finish the night with some team and refreshments.
Class 3: Manifestation Board Creation
Date: February 15
Location: Symmetry Collective: West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge CO
Time: 5:00-7:00pm
This class will be about starting to create your 2024 Manifestation Board. We will start with a meditation to bring in your inner child and that connected shadow as they will participate in the creation of the board. All supplies will be included in this class!
Class 4: Closing Intention Sound Bath Class & Denver Dance Tribe Celebration
Date: March 1st
Location: Symmetry Collective: West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge CO
Time: 6:30-9:30pm
Bring the completed Manifestation Boards and set them at your feet in this immersive Sound Bath class. Each of the boards will be activated energetically. The class will finish with a celebration of the inner child stepping forth and the creation of her dream board! We will dance the rest of the night away around our boards and celebrate her showing forth!
