These sessions gently awaken the body, mind, and energetic field. Through sound vibration and chakra alignment, I begin establishing trust with your inner child—helping them feel safe to open and begin releasing protective layers and stagnant energy. The body must be open and energy must be flowing before going deep with future work.
✨ One (1) 2-hour Transformational Healing Session
Together, we explore your childhood experiences from the inner child’s perspective—illuminating the origins of limiting beliefs and emotional patterns. We then guide your inner child through a deep memory regression to begin shifting cellular imprints and dissolving shadow-based stories that have shaped your current reality.
This package lays the foundation for long-term healing by addressing the root of your emotional and energetic imbalances with compassion, presence, and multidimensional support.
Future work can then be transformed into 3 or 6 packages or individual session appointments.
