- Epsom Salts. Epson salts are so important for clearing the toxins out of our bodies. They also help with recharging our batteries when we energetically feel burnout.
- Essential Oils. Essential Oils are a must-have in your toolbox! They are great in helping everything from improving sleeping, physical ailments, and stress, and calming the nervous system to energizing the body. There are so many energetic benefits!
- Crystals: Important Must-Haves. Crystals can help soothe, energize, brighten, calm, or activate your mind, body, and energy systems. It can also dispel any negative energies you pick up from the day and from other people that drain your energy. It can also positively affect the energy in your home and the electronics that surround us by absorbing the negative ions that dissipate from these types of things.
- Sage or Palo Santo – Great to use when you are stressed, have a bad day, or need to clear frustrations from any personal connections. Blesses and clears spaces in your home. I use this as a room spray a lot because it picks up my energy and brings in light. I like to also spray this at the end of the day to rid me of any heavy energy so I can relax for the evening.
- Salt Lamp – Great to have in any room that has electronics as this clears the negative ions or energy in a room and brings light into any space.

Chakra Meanings and Location
What are Chakras and why are they important? I have my experience below to help you understand their importance and function so you know how to address and heal them.
Chakras are like the powerhouses that balance our mind, body, and energy systems. When they are aligned, balanced, and clear we are thriving, strong, confident, and whole. When one is out of sync, depleted, congested, or shut down, it can affect our mind, body, and energy systems. We can feel emotional, sluggish, tired, overwhelmed, and stressed. Just like focusing on your health, it is important to work on your chakras and give them loving attention so they can work for you! It is a regular practice that when done consistently can improve your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional outlook. When any of these things are off-centered it brings stress and negativity into our life in different manifested forms. It will never be a perfect practice but healing these chakras will shift what IS going on and help you get back to being the best you can be.
There are 7 chakras in the body, all resembling a spherical or disk-like appearance. I imagine it like 7 gears that are constantly turning and are connected to each other. I imagine them moving in two directions, clockwise and counterclockwise. When I am clearing my chakras, I am turning that gear counterclockwise to expel any of that stuck or negative emotional energy out. Once I have worked through the issue as much as I can, I imagine that gear turning clockwise again like it is resuming its normal function. There is also an intention line that runs down the center of your body, like a thick rod running the center, and is connected to all the chakras. I imagine it as the main tool where I manifest the good and the tough. When the intention line is off, weak, or not connected to my charkas, things can come up that affect my mind, body, and energy systems. When I focus on making sure it is centered and connected then I feel like I am manifesting positive things, situations, or people in my life.
