🌕 Full Moon Release: Reclaim Your Peace

What—or who—has been taking up too much space in your emotional world?

This month’s Full Moon experience is about releasing the people, situations, memories, attachments, expectations, and repeating emotional patterns that continue to disrupt your peace.

Sometimes the event itself is over, but your body is still responding to it.

Sometimes the relationship has changed, but the emotional attachment remains.

Sometimes one interaction can trigger an old wound of rejection, abandonment, not being chosen, not being heard, betrayal, guilt, anger, or feeling responsible for everyone else.

And sometimes you're simply tired of carrying something you know you're ready to put down.

During this Full Moon experience, we'll create space to identify what has been creating emotional disruption and intentionally work toward releasing what you're no longer willing to carry.

🌕 We’ll explore:

• Emotional attachments to people or past events
• Relationships or situations disturbing your peace
• Repeating triggers and emotional reactions
• Resentment, grief, anger, guilt, disappointment, or rejection
• The need for closure from someone else
• Old versions of yourself you're ready to leave behind
• What you want to choose and invite in instead

We'll move through guided reflection, intentional release work, energetic clearing, manifestation, and immersive sound healing to help quiet the noise and reconnect you with yourself.

This isn't about pretending something didn't hurt.

It's about asking:

• Does this still deserve access to my energy?
• Come ready to release, reset, and make room for something different.
