Sessions are held in person at her studio inside Embody Wellness Collective in Arvada, Colorado — minutes from Olde Town Arvada and an easy drive from anywhere in the Denver metro area, including Wheat Ridge, Westminster, Golden, Lakewood, and Broomfield. Long-distance sessions are just as powerful and available virtually to clients across the United States and around the world.

What happens during an energy healing session?
You rest fully clothed on a comfortable table while Alexandra works with your energy field — combining intuitive energy work, chakra clearing, harmonic sound therapy with Himalayan singing bowls, crystals, and aromatherapy. Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
No. You only need to be open to relaxing and receiving. Your nervous system responds to the work whether or not you hold any particular belief — many first-time skeptics become regular clients.
Is virtual energy healing as effective as in person?
