Soul Clarity Yoga

Soul Clarity Yoga is an intimate boutique studio where movement and mindful exploration are tools for personal reclamation - free from the rigid expectations of modern wellness culture. Classes are capped at 16 students so every unique body feels fully supported, with warm lighting to soothe the nervous system, an abundance of props, and music woven through each practice. Soul Clarity Yoga is founded on the belief that your body is a home to be inhabited, not a project to be fixed or perfected. We offer a gentle, fierce alternative to spaces that demand constant striving, perfection, or rigid ideals. Our practice recognizes that true wellness does not exist in a single look, a specific age, or an history with no injuries. Instead, we return yoga to its liberating roots: a path of personal reclamation, your inner teacher, and self-compassion that meets you exactly as you are, through every transition of your life.
