Private & Corporate Sound Baths
Book a sound bath for your team, retreat, bachelorette, or celebration - at your space or at our Arvada studio.
Why Corporate Sound Baths Work
Today's workplace is asking more of people than ever before. Long hours, constant stimulation, decision fatigue, and chronic stress can leave teams feeling disconnected and operating from survival rather than creativity and connection. A corporate sound bath offers something different — not another wellness perk, but an immersive nervous-system reset designed to help employees pause, recharge, reconnect, and return with greater clarity and presence.
Organizations seek these experiences to support:
- Employee appreciation & retention
- Burnout prevention & nervous-system restoration
- Team connection & culture building
- Stress reduction & emotional resilience
- Leadership retreats & executive wellness
- Workplace well-being initiatives
Private Sound Baths at Corporate Retreats
Companies bring Alexandra to their retreats to offer team members private sound bath sessions - from Mother Bowl grounding activations to heated bowls placed directly on the body - giving each person a deeply personal reset within the shared retreat experience.
Group Sound Baths
Bring your team, community, or private group to Embody Wellness Collective for an immersive sound bath. These aren't ordinary sound baths where people simply lie down and listen — Alexandra's group sound baths are fully guided journeys that integrate energetic work, inner-child reconnection, and subconscious release across a 90-minute arc: a guided meditation that opens the field, harmonic frequencies woven with intuitive energy work, positive-affirmation integration, and a transformational sound journey that holds each person in their own journey while sharing the collective field. This is a sound bath at group scale, without sacrificing the depth of individual experience.
