Bold Boundaries: Holidays Without Guilt
Bold Boundaries Intro Workshop Series • Self-Care • Respect • Balance
What would your holiday season look like if you gave your own needs, happiness, and peace the same consideration you give everyone else's?
Holidays Without Guilt explores the challenges of navigating family relationships, responsibilities, and expectations while honoring your personal boundaries and well-being.
Through guided journaling, practical coaching exercises, and spirit-led meditation, you'll explore ways to communicate your needs, create more time for yourself, and reconnect with hobbies and activities that bring you joy and a sense of flow.
We'll also explore divine self-love and self-care as essential parts of everyday life, connecting with our spiritual team and inner wisdom to cultivate greater self-trust, compassion, and balance.
What to expect

A Little More About Bold Boundaries
This workshop is part of an ongoing six-month Bold Boundaries series that brings together practical life-coaching tools, mindfulness, personal reflection, and intuitive exploration.
Each gathering offers an opportunity to learn something about yourself, explore new perspectives, and discover ways to bring greater awareness and intention into everyday life.
These workshops also provide a foundation for a broader personal coaching program I'm thoughtfully developing, inspired by years of learning, teaching, and working with people navigating change.
Miss an in-person workshop? Online Zoom options are coming soon, so you'll have more opportunities to join the conversation, wherever you are.
You're welcome to attend one workshop or explore the series as it unfolds.
